Anxiety can show up in the body (tension, palpitations, insomnia) and in the mind (constant worry, rumination). Early on, people often try to "push through", but that can increase emotional load.

Common signs include constant restlessness, difficulty concentrating, muscle tension, sleep disturbances and irritability. In more intense cases, panic attacks may occur.

A helpful first step is mapping patterns: when it shows up, triggers, and what maintains it. Then we work on regulation strategies (breathing, attention, sleep habits) and, when appropriate, a structured psychotherapy plan.
