Clinical Psychologist, full member of the Portuguese Psychologists Association (CP: 20901). Clinical Director at Psibilitar.

Integrated Master's in Clinical and Health Psychology, cognitive-behavioral branch of Psychological Disorders and Health, from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra, with work developed at the Coimbra University Hospital Centre.

Specialization in Couples Therapy and Clinical Sexology (2025), from the Portuguese Institute of Applied Psychology and Other Sciences (IPPAOC), with clinical practice focused on relational dynamics, dysfunctional interpersonal cycles, intimacy and sexuality.

Psychotherapist in training in Constructivist Psychotherapy, with regular clinical supervision, developing an integrative practice based on Third Generation Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and scientifically validated therapeutic strategies.

Post-Graduate in Intervention Neuropsychology (2015), from Instituto CRIAP.
